Craft dark rum made from scratch in Wales. Double pot distilled pure cane molasses with added molasses post-distillation.
Deep, treacly toasted brown sugar with raisin, caramel and liquorice notes. Cosy hints of chocolate and a subtle peppery, oaky wood spice. Well rounded, full of flavour and a pleasing warm finish.
Back in 2018 Rob & Maria started Llanfairpwll Distillery Ltd (Anglesey Rum Co's parent company) a craft distillery on the Isle of Anglesey set up to create small batch spirits using influences from the Island in every bottle.
After a very successful few years running Llanfairpwll Distillery they decided to set up a new brand called 'Anglesey Rum Co' which produces, imports, blends and bottles rums. With the main emphasis being on producing their own rum from pure cane molasses using various traditional and modern methods.
