Golden Rum / Rym Aur – South Stack Pure cane molasses fermented on site for 15 days then distilled twice in our pot still, finally filled into a virgin American oak cask to rest. Back in 2018 Rob & Maria started Llanfairpwll Distillery Ltd (Anglesey Rum Co's parent company) a craft distillery on the Isle of Anglesey set up to create small batch spirits using influences from the Island in every bottle.
After a very successful few years running Llanfairpwll Distillery they decided to set up a new brand called 'Anglesey Rum Co' which produces, imports, blends and bottles rums. With the main emphasis being on producing their own rum from pure cane molasses using various traditional and modern methods.
