Richard Jones started his Condessa business in Chester in 1969. In 1989 the business moved to our 5,400 sq.ft. liqueur factory and winery in rural Anglesey and now make delicious award winning fruit liqueurs and low fat cream liqueurs.
Condessa were awarded the HBWTA Innovation Shield for innovating improved fermentation techniques, followed by patents to improve the quality of our liqueurs. This technique is still the basis for our production today and contributes to the overall award winning flavours.
