For this Hazy we've utilised a brand new hop product to us, SPECTRUM. It's a flowable hop product made from 100% hops, in this case the superstar that is Citra. It helps us cram as much hops and hoppy flavour into the beer as possible and adds another dimension to hoppy beers.
Here we combined it with some fresh Galaxy hops that work perfectly with the Citra for a full bodied tropical fruit juicy banger.
