1. Red Sun Spritz: Japan in a can. Fruity, fresh, herbaceous and fizzy. A complex and intriguing blend of Silver Circle Aquavit, wild strawberries, yuzu, tomato distillate and koji. 7.7% ABV.
2. Lan Y Môr: An ode to the Welsh coastline created by Matthew ‘Welly’ Jones of Lab 22, Cardiff (#1 Top 50 Cocktail Bars 2022). Ready to serve sparkling cocktail with Silver Circle Aquavit, elderflower, kelp, samphire and dill. 6.1% ABV.
3. Paradiso Collins: A funky, tropical blend of Wye Valley Gin, Aperol, pineapple and rooibos tea. 6.2% ABV.
