Pronouced "Dovey", The UNESCO World Biosphere of Dyfi was always going to be their preferred location for foraging and distilling. They moved here 35 years ago to study biology and botany, and have since farmed, foraged and kept bees here.
It's this very place that originally inspired them to create artisan gin, influenced by what nature provides each season, truly reflecting a sensory journey through this remarkable place.
