Here we got together with our fellow hop heads at Dark Element Brew Co. Since bursting onto the scene they've been making some amazing hoppy, hazy beer so we thought it was only right to stick to that brief.
We both picked a hop each, Riwaka for us and Strata for them, and went to town with 'em. Fully saturating the beer with 17g per L in the dry hop, resulting in a super thick hazy IPA that's bursting with aroma and flavours of orange juice and passionfruit.
