This is the fourth in our series of beers that showcase a hop variety in all it's glory.
This time it's the USA hop heavyweight superstar, STRATA.
Since Indie Hops introduced Strata to the market in 2018 it has quickly become a go to for most hop forward brewers. It's big, brash and contributes a depth of flavour and aroma to the beers including passionfruit, strawberry, grapefruit and a little cannabis. We love it and it's one for the hop heads for sure.
Established in 2014 by best mates Adam Edinborough & Rhys Watkins in Rhys' then Garden Shed in west Cardiff. Crafty Devil Brewing are Cardiff's alternative to the corporate mass producing breweries.
