We've mixed things up with our latest 'hazy' by using a brand new yeast strain for us. It adds another layer of sweet fruit and contributes to a fuller bodied beer which is just what we're after especially when combined with with plenty of oats and a full house of hops including Amarillo, Idaho 7, Strata and Citra.
Expect waves of juicy sweet orange, tangerine, passionfruit and a little pineapple and fluffy full bodied mouthfeel.
