Our original West Coast Pale Ale.
Inspired by the American Pale Ales and IPAs that we first started drinking 10+ years ago. It's cleaner and crisper with a sturdier bitterness that it's 'hazy' cousins, yet still being all about the hops.
Here we use Nelson Sauvin in the boil for it's unique 'gooseberry' character followed by Mosaic and Simcoe in the dry hop for some slight citrus, pine and orange pith.
The result is a hop forward pale that's still balanced and most importantly ridiculously drinkable.
