Making cold brew coffee is our passion

We are Wales' first cold brew coffee producer. Our ethically sourced Arabica coffee beans love it here on Anglesey. They brew for 16 hours, resulting in a deliciously smooth cold brew, with less acidity and bitterness than a regular hot coffee. It's the perfect base for all our creations, and yours.

Natural Ingredients = Good Coffee

Firstly, we both love good coffee, whether in a flat white, a liqueur, or a tiramisu. Some of our favourite memories are of queuing for (and sipping on) ‘the best coffee in London’, or roasting local Indonesian beans in a frying pan to see how it would taste. We also love quality, natural ingredients. We knew we had to do something that we care about, and our cold brew products ticked all the boxes.
