Add ice to a glass and squeeze in a wedge of lime. Pour in the Dewi Sant Gin, top with tonic and garnish with a basil sprig. The addition of basil enhances this Welsh gin’s coastal infusion of aromatic rich herbs, with the lime complementing Dewi Sant’s notes of spritzy citrus.

Dewi Sant Welsh Gin with Cucumber & Lemon:
Fill a glass with ice and squeeze in a wedge of lemon. Pour in the Dewi Sant Gin, add a splash of cucumber tonic to the glass and garnish with a cucumber ribbon. This serving suggestion allows our Welsh gin to be the hero, but the addition of cucumber tonic offers a subtle savoury note, with the lemon enhancing our coastal gin’s citrus notes.
