FORAGERS YELLOW LABEL GIN - 42% 5CL

Yellow Label 5cl, mini
£4.80

FORAGERS YELLOW LABEL GIN - 42% 5CLThis truly is an authentic expression of Britain and the terroir of North Wales! Foragers Yellow is a delicate, small batch creation. Slowly distilled within a traditional copper still. To create this award winning Gin, we forage Juniper from the harsh slopes of Snowdonia, vibrant Sea Buckthorn from the shores of North Wales, Heather from the violet hills of Llandudno and Elderberries from the Hedgerows of farmland. Allowing our team to produce a spirit with notes of Sicilian Orange citrus, the scene of overhanging camomile and the long, coating finish of honey and braeburn apples. Perfect served in a variety of drinks including a dry martini or in the simple, but classic Gin & Tonic using either BTW Tonic water or Fever Tree Tonic, with a slice of British red apple. "The Yellow is the most inviting gin to accompany tonic water in our experience." - Mitchell Orchant & Ron Morrison. Recently awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2021 World Gin Awards. "One of the best gins you can buy" - James Martin Click here to read more Kosher certified. Tasting Notes Starting with soft juniper tones, Foragers gently takes you to fresh, semi-sweetness of apple and elderberry, before giving way to incredible, subtle, unmistakable floral notes from gorse and heather flowers. When you take six times longer over each batch then most distilleries, limit-production to just 5,000 bottles per expression, and spend months of the year foraging – the gin has to be something special. Why do we go to such lengths? Simple. One thing we all know is the very best flavors come from the freshest botanicals. This is why we hand forage. Why limited the botanicals we use to only those that grow around us. It’s why we limit-production. A full speed, just 5,000 bottles of each expression. But this allows us to take our time. Ultra-long maceration periods, resting these wonderful botanicals, to crest sublime flavours and mouthfeel.
