We’ve made a conscious decision to head back toward our roots here at Polly’s for 2025, and create the very hype-driven beers that landed us onto people’s radars in the first place.

The giddy delight we had at seeing people really responding to the flavour intensity of our beers and chasing our releases for fear of missing out is what we want to replicate this year, and with seven years under our belts we’re hitting the ground running with Max Lupo.

A DDH Pale Ale specifically designed to evoke the flavour profile and mouthfeel of our bigger beers but at a more sensible strength, we’ve absolutely loaded this beer with the newly-named Krush, in-house favourite Idaho 7, and a dual whack of Lupomax Citra and Simcoe. Lupomax we hear you say – why yes, the most ultra-concentrated hop-product we can get our hands on to elevate our beers to the absolute max.

A big, brash, juicebomb of a beer; bursting at the seams with stonefruit sweetness, pineapple, mango and just a whisper of pithy lemon and lime.
