Still Wild Drinks Dry Vermouth 18% 500ml Wild thyme, coastal herbs and a touch of seaweed are amongst the wild botanicals that flavour this drink. We recommend drinking it over ice with a lemon swath. If you’re after a refreshing long drink, then fill a high ball with ice, dry vermouth and top up with either tonic or soda water. This Dry Vermouth is a must have in any Martini. This bold Vermouth leads with herbaceous and floral notes. Followed with a savoury, almost salty finish. Crisp and with some sweetness. This Extra Dry Vermouth is made with an English Wine from Surrey as its base. Cold distillation of the botanicals, mixing and bottling all happens at our Pembrokeshire Distillery. We also recommend using a splash when cooking. A small slug at the start of a risotto adds incredible depth. If cooking fish ‘en papillote’ add a bit of Vermouth just before you seal up the package. It’s unbelievable. Please note : please remember that as vermouth is made out of wine, it must be stored in the fridge once open! If possible we also recommend you store it upright, this way the natural sediment will settle out.
